How do you get over disappointment?

Something that you planned, prepared, or simply hoped for, that just doesn't work out.

If you're an adult, (which you better be, because I don't need no children on here) you've felt the pain of disappointment many times throughout your life, because that's the way this world is built.

Hopefully by now you've come up with some method or thought process to overcome it. (if not, get in touch with me because I'd like to write an entire post on how exactly you haven't collapsed into a pool of tears by now)

We all experience it, so what's your method?
